The online application process for admission into the undergraduate courses at Bangladesh Agricultural University for 2016-2017 academic sessions will begin today and continue till October 6.

The online application for admission for the first year honours courses at Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) in Mymensingh under the academic session 2016-17 will begin from today (September 07) and continue till October 06.

The decision was taken at a meeting with BAU vice-chancellor Professor Dr Md Ali Akbar in the chair, said a BAU press release issued on Tuesday.
The admission test will be held on October 29 from 11:00am to 12:00pm.

The students who bagged GPA 9.0 (with additional subject) combining SSC and HSC results in science division will be eligible to register their applications. A total of 12000 students would be allowed to seat for the admission test against 1200 seats under the six faculties of BAU, the press release said.

The list of the selected candidates for the admission test will be published on October 15 and the seat plan will be published on November 27, the press release added.

All necessary information regarding the admission has been made available on the BAU website (http://admission.bau.edu.bd)
